Orbit
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Orbit does with your data. The Game is published by [Legal entity name] trading as 2CarrotsStudio, based in [Country].
1. What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, address or phone number. Depending on the features you use, the Game or the services it relies on may process:
- Device and diagnostic data — device model, OS version, language, crash reports and performance logs.
- Gameplay data — progress, settings and in-game events, used to make the Game work and to see which parts need fixing.
- Purchase confirmations — if you buy something, the app store tells us that a purchase happened. We never see your card details.
2. Why we process it
To run and support the Game, to fix crashes and bugs, to understand how the Game is used in aggregate, and to meet our legal obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Game, on performing our agreement with you, or on your consent where we ask for it.
3. Service providers
We use third-party services to distribute the Game and to receive crash and analytics data. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
5. How long we keep data
Diagnostic and analytics data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted or anonymised. Progress saved on your device stays there until you delete the Game.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Write to twocarrotsgstudio@gmail.com and we will respond within the period the law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security and transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours; where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers put in place.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on our Discord.
